Substance Abuse Counseling
At Windsong Wellness, we will provide both intensive outpatient and outpatient services. Adolescent outpatient services are also provided. Services include all of the following: individual, group, and family therapy. You will also be taught relaxation and other forms of stress relief. Additional alternative methods will be used, as well.
Sexual Abuse and other traumas
Though sexual abuse and other traumas often happen early in life, at Windsong Wellness, we understand the needs of those who have been abused and traumatized. We will work with you to get back your life and get it where you want it to be.
